You should ensure that your Kitty Kats products are delivered undamaged before signing for them on delivery.
If the courier will not wait you should mark ‘courier did not wait for me to inspect goods’ on the despatch form and contact us immediately if there is any damage. We will then arrange for the damaged goods to be returned.
If you decide you do not want your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days as long as the product(s) are unused and in their original packaging – please contact us and we will arrange collection by courier of the product(s). The cost of return will be deducted from any refund amount due.
Any item returned to us that has signs of use and/or damage will not be refundable. If there is partial damage to the returned product only a partial refund will be offered.
